Wasn't invested in PREM in 2015, ask me how much I made with the run up to RHA or how much I made on the run up to 1p knowing Zulu wouldn't produce? Those 50 million shares I sold at a 0.9p average made me a pretty penny at over 10 times I paid for them.
I'm a canny guy, I buy the shares I know I'll make money on, that's why I'm a major shareholder here, it's an investment, PREM was always just an obvious trade on the ramp and the hype, George Roach is not an investable CEO, Prem is done for imho, I wouldn't put another penny into it now, not even for a trade, it's a dead duck fighting for survival.
Why are you still so bitter Mr Adler about losing money in PREM after all these years and spend every day or nearly to post in PREM chat?
You are pathetic, not me. You don't have any other things to do.
No thanks Mr Alder. How much did you lost with PREM back in 2015 -2017
Dazed I understand your frustrations with PREM and the imminent insolvency when Canmax aren't supportive of the upcoming headroom increase to 32 billion (yes BILLION) shares. No placing coming here and if I'd sold out or indeed any significant amount then there would be a TR1,as I am fully aware of my obligations as a major shareholder.
You're pathetic puerile attempts here are wasting your time. You'd be better off buying some ALGW than risking your pennies in PREM
Time to get out before the placing is announced, Raaydaar / Martinigirl, same person anyway, don't bother to ramp it up anymore as they know and why they sold out a few weeks ago when they were telling you to accumulate. Don't listen to them, you will be losing money. They lost a lot in PREM back a few years ago and deramp it every day as they are so bitter.
We expect our cash flow to improve, and we continue to believe that we will not require a placing of shares, unless it is for strategic acquisition and growth purposes.
Placing is on the agenda as soon as acquisition will be announced, not really a good investment at present. Time to sell and wait for the announcement to buy back cheaper, seems the right thing to do. What do you think martinigirl or should I say raaydaar. How much are you making trading this stock?
I'm not only holding but continuing to buy. Mark Ward invested £1 million at 2p in the placing and carried on buying above 2p to get to his current position. As I see it buying now whilst the bored are selling is an ideal move if I want to add £1 million at these levels it pays to be patient and take out the small sells. Get a whole lot more shares for the £ million than going in hard
Reassuring to hear some of the bigger holders are still holding.
Still holding here.
Holding !
Still holding all of mine
I'm holding, no worries.
Still holding all of mine too.
Still got all of mine.
Spoke to the board late last year. Happy to continue to hold.
Still trying to find some positives amid all the gloom. In the absence of any TR1's, I assume none of the major shareholders have sold any of their holdings?
If capital flight is likely, it's best to be on the first plane out.
i’ve had enough and thinking about selling my entire holding.
i’ve held since 2018 and i don’t trust gs. i can see him doing a significant raise down here to get the company to the 2b target as well as giving himself and pals a decent wedge. throw in a load more options whilst no material advancement and another big loss…
the broker note talked about potential dividends, not this lot. it’s all a ******* pipe dream.
I GS is treating his shareholders like mushrooms.. who the fck does he think he is.. unbelievable.
By gum ain't life good in Bermuda, away from all that California nonsense? Shame about Danny and all that BOAGF stuff. Just leave that to the Paddies to sort out, eh?
Fancy another Cuba Libra?
How do you know that…Surely they would have to report something first.
SP now at a 2 year low - these clowns have failed in their attempts to build a business.
Raaydaar, martinigirl posting on ALGW chat: "I'd say that shareholders need to take some responsibility for their own portfolios and if they're not happy or concerned about a particular holding they should do something to allay or confirm those concerns and have the information they individually need to make an informed decision about their investment. You won't be able to do that by moaning on an Internet forum."
Why are you not contacting GR and stop moaning on PREM forum then?
$18.786M now invested in the interval fund AAACX so they're doing something right:

Who would buy more shares in this dog?
Not quite sure what your post means but as we all know a few million shares bought and this is back above 2p.
Shares bought at this level will be well rewarded is my expectation.
