Voluntary Suspension of Trading on Marche Libre

VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION OF TRADING ON MARCHÉ LIBRE PARIS SEGMENT OF EURONEXT

At the request of InnovaDerma, trading on Marché Libre Paris segment of Euronext for the under-mentioned securities has been suspended from 7 September 2016 pending an application to delist its shares. The Company successfully listed its entire issued share capital consisting of 10,318,535 ordinary shares of €0.10 each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the standard segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange on 7 September 2016. Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares will continue on the London Stock Exchange through this time.
