Update on Investments

On 25 September 2009 RAM announced that it had entered into two option agreements to purchase the remaining 50.1% of TrainFX Limited ("TrainFX"). RAM had entered into option agreements with Old Church Street Holdings Limited ("OCH") and the administrators of Vision Media Group PLC ("VMG") to acquire OCH's holding of 25.1% and VMG's holding of 25% of the outstanding shares in TrainFX. The options were at RAM's call only and could have been exercised up to 31st March 2010.

The Company has reached agreements in principle with both VMG and OCH to extend these options to 30 June 2010. The Company will update the market on any changes to these agreements as soon as a final agreement has been reached.
