Update on Acquisition of Norman Broadbent

Expected Admission Date

Further to the announcement yesterday, that all the resolutions put to yesterday's general meeting of the Company's shareholders and class meeting of the Company's preference shareholders were passed, Garner announces that completion of the acquisition of Norman Broadbent and admission to trading of the enlarged share capital of the Company to AIM and the cancellation of trading on AIM of the Company's preference share is now expected to occur at 08.00am on Thursday 4 December 2008.
