Creston PLC08 May 2006 8 May 2006 Creston Plc ( "Creston" or the "Company") Exercise of Options The Company announces that on 8 May 2006, 941 options over ordinary shares wereexercised at an exercise price of 136 pence per ordinary share. The issue ofordinary shares pursuant to this exercise were satisfied by the issue ofordinary shares held in treasury. Following this issue, Creston holds 2,702 ofits ordinary shares in treasury and has 37,588,614 ordinary shares in issue(excluding treasury shares).
