Re-issue of Treasury Shares Pursuant to Rule 9.6.4 of the Irish Listing Rules and Rule 12.6.4 of the UKListing Rules, Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. has today re-issued 61,600 ordinaryshares, currently held as Treasury shares, to participants in AIB Group ShareOption Schemes. The re-issue price was €10.02, €11.98 & €13.55. Following today's re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as Treasuryshares is 41,532,504.
