Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, on 8 April 2015 Regus plc (the ‘Company’) re-issued 820,205 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 12,063,250.
As at the close of business on 8 April 2015, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (including treasury shares) in issue.
