TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company hereby notifies you that, on 18 September 2012, it transferred 635,950 Ordinary shares held in Treasury at nil cost per share to the Hays Employee Share Trust to satisfy awards made under the Company's share schemes.
Following this transfer, Hays plc holds 73,902,463 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The number of shares in issue is 1,390,194,103 (excluding Treasury shares).
