Treasury Shares
Pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6, on 5 June 2014 Regus plc (the ‘Company’) re-issued 1,167 ordinary shares which were held as treasury shares to participants in the Regus plc Share Option Plan.
Following the re-issue, the total number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 3,916,534.
As at the close of business on 5 June 2014, the Company had 950,969,822 ordinary shares (including treasury shares) in issue.
