TRANSFER OF TREASURY SHARES
In accordance with the provisions of Listing Rule 12.6.4, the Company hereby notifies you that on 28 May 2012 it transferred 13,900 Ordinary shares held in Treasury to one participant (non-PDMR) to satisfy the maturity exercise of options at 69p per share under the Hays plc Irish Sharesave Scheme.
Following this transfer, Hays plc holds 74,625,515 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The number of shares in issue is 1,389,471,051 (excluding treasury shares).
