Honeycomb Investment Trust plc

("Honeycomb Investment Trust" or the "Company")

Transfer of shareholding

Honeycomb Investment Trust Plc has received notification that Matthew Potter a Partner of Pollen Street Capital, the Investment Manager of the Company, transferred from his personal holding into his Self-Invested Pension Plan 900 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and a further 2,100 Ordinary Shares into his Individual Savings Account. Both trades occurred on 23 February 2017 at a price of 1,075 pence per share.

Matthew Potter's beneficial interest in the Company remained unchanged as a result of the above transfer and is currently 7,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.038 percent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
