On 10 August 2017, Ordinary shares under ISIN GB00BYQPF348 went ex-dividend and as such all Ordinary shares under ISIN GB00BYQPF348 and ISIN GB00BDD9H811 rank equally for any future dividends. The Company has therefore requested today that the London Stock Exchange transfer all shares under ISIN GB00BDD9H811 to ISIN GB00BYQPF348 with effect from 18 August 2017. ISIN GB00BDD9H811 will cease to be used by the Company after the transfer has occurred.
