Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on Wednesday 22nd October 2008 it received notification from Martin Robinson, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 22nd October 2008 he purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 54.25p per share. 

As at 22nd October 2008 Mr Robinson holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 190,509.ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
