Transaction in own Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that on 23 October 2012 it purchased in the market 40,000

ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 837 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 36,081,013 Ordinary Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.
