The Company announces that it purchased 45,560 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 686.2062 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 91,717,236 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 189,916,674. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
