Compass Group PLC announces that on 12 December 2016 it purchased for cancellation 25,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1,363.0700 pence per share through Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. The lowest price paid was 1,353.0000 pence per share, and the highest was 1,373.0000 pence per share.
