Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the "Company") announces that on 4 July 2008 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.575 per share.
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 25,076,824 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 302,723,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
