Transaction in Own Shares

PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS PLC(the "Company") Transaction in own Shares The Company announces that on 3 October 2014, it purchased in the market100,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of1,097 pence per share for cancellation. Following this transaction, there are 33,397,013 Ordinary Shares and 32,372,534Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury. In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011, it hasacquired, for investment purposes, 4,124,000 ordinary shares and 5,601,000redeemable shares, representing approximately 12.9% of the shares thenoutstanding.
