Close Brothers Dev VCT PLC26 September 2006 CLOSE BROTHERS DEVELOPMENT VCT PLC Close Brothers Development VCT PLC announces that on 26 September 2006 itpurchased, to be held in treasury, 50,000 C Shares (representing 0.3% of the CShare capital) at a price of 95p per C Share.
