The Company announces that it has today purchased 184,865 ordinary shares into Treasury at 381.14 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 48,195,787 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 233,438,123 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
