Transaction in Own Shares

 Management Consulting Group PLC ("the Company")Transaction in Own SharesThe Company announces that on 22 November 2012 it purchased 90,000 of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 23 pence per share. All of these shares will be held as Treasury shares.

The Company's total issued ordinary share capital is 497,050,995 shares. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 246,078 of its shares in Treasury and has 496,804,917 ordinary shares in issue excluding Treasury shares.
