PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES
On 22 June 2020, the Company purchased in the 336 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 446.00 pence per share. Following this transaction, the Company's issued share capital comprises 16,413,743 Ordinary shares.
