HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Halfords Group PLC announces that on 14 November 2011 it purchased, through Investec Bank PLC, 104,683 of its ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 339.08 pence per share. The highest price paid was 340.0 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 337.6 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 9,424,881 shares for cancellation and 5,449,620 for transfer into treasury, since 7 April 2011 when the buy back programme commenced.
