Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc announces that on 20 December 2016 it purchased for cancellation 32,968 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 96.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 49,043,033 Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each in issue.
