The Vitec Group PLC30 April 2008 30 April 2008 The Vitec Group plc ('the Company') The Vitec Group plc announces that, on 30 April 2008, it acquired 50,000 sharesof the Company through Dresdner Kleinwort at a price of 453p per share, to beheld as treasury shares. Following the purchase of these shares, Vitec holds 150,000 of its shares intreasury and has 41,955,242 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
