Global Structured Finance Inc03 April 2006 3 April 2006 Global Structured Finance Inc. ("Global Structured Finance" or "the Company") Trading Update Global Structured Finance was created to build, largely through investment andacquisition, a group specialising in the provision of structured financingproducts and services. In the period since 30 June 2005, the Directors havecontinued to assess a number of acquisition opportunities, none of which havebeen suitable for a variety of reasons. The Directors of Global Structured Finance note that the London Stock Exchangehas today suspended trading in the Company's securities on AIM as a consequenceof the Company not having completed a reverse takeover or substantiallyimplemented its investing strategy in accordance with the timetable specifiedunder AIM Rule 8 relating to investing companies. The Directors are actively evaluating a number of potential transactions at thepresent time and remain confident of identifying a suitable acquisition orinvestment opportunity to enhance shareholder value by no later than 30September 2006.
