Formation Group PLC23 April 2008 Formation Group PLC ('Formation' or 'the Group') Trading Update and Change of Nominated Advisor and Broker Formation announces the appointment of Investec Investment Banking as itsNominated Advisor and Broker with immediate effect. The Group advises that it is currently trading ahead of market consensusforecasts for the year ending 31st August 2008. This performance is being drivenby stronger than expected growth in most of the Group subsidiary companies. TheGroup's Interim results for the six months ended 29 February 2008 will beannounced on Tuesday 20th May 2008.
