KP Renewables PLC25 August 2005 KP Renewables plc ("KPR" or the "Company") In its admission document dated 26 July 2005, KPR stated its intention to listits existing shares on certain German stock exchanges, in addition to admittingits shares to trading on AIM. Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announcethat on 24 August 2005, its ordinary shares were admitted to trading on theFrankfurt, Munich and Berlin stock exchanges.
