Southern Cross Healthcare Grp PLC19 December 2006 Voting rights and capital Southern Cross Healthcare Group PLC ("the Company"), in conformity with theFinancial Services Authority's ("FSA") Transparency Directive transitionalprovision 6, notifies that the Company's share capital consists of 188,067,377ordinary 1p shares, each share having equal voting rights. None of the sharesare held in treasury.
