Total Voting Rights - Development Securities PLC Month-end Notification

As at 31 August 2010, Development Securities PLC has in issue 122,352,504 ordinary shares of 50p, each carrying the right to one vote per share. There are no shares held in treasury.

The total voting rights figure of 122,352,504 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Development Securities PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
