Electronic Data Processing PLC19 December 2006 Electronic Data Processing PLC ("EDP" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 5p of EDP in issue as at the date of this notice is 24,432,362 witheach share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 24,432,362. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, EDP, under the Disclosure andTransparency Rules.
