Datacash Group PLC28 February 2007 Datacash Group PLC28 February 2007 DataCash Group Plc ('the Company') In accordance with the transitional provisions relating to Chapter 5 of theDisclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR), the Company confirms that as of 28February 2007 the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of its shares in issue and which are admitted to trading on the AIM Market is asfollows: Class of Shares Number of Voting rightsOrdinary Shares 91,034,802 Since the last disclosure on 21 December 2006, a total of 211,000 ordinaryshares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the DataCashGroup Unapproved Share Option Scheme. The Company also confirms in accordance with the above transitional provisionsof the DTR that it does not hold any shares in treasury to which voting rightsare attached. The above figure (91,034,802) may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, DataCash Group Plc under the DTR.
