Voting Rights and Capital as at 30 September 2014

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.1.

As at 30 September 2014 New World Resources Plc's ('NWR Plc') issued share capital consists of 4,043,176,324 'A' Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.0004 each, 10,000 'B' Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.40 each and 'D' Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.0004 each. The 'B' and 'D' Ordinary Shares are not listed on any exchange. NWR Plc holds no shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights attaching to the 'A' Ordinary Shares of NWR Plc is therefore 4,043,176,324.

The above figure (4,043,176,324) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NWR Plc 'A' Ordinary Shares under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
