Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Superglass announces that, as at 31 October 2014 the Company has 153,007,577 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.
The Company holds 790 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
The figure of 153,006,787 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Superglass under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
