Titon Holdings PLC14 December 2006 Titon Holdings Plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany notifies the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 10,555,650 ordinary shares with a nominal value of ten pence each ("OrdinaryShares"), with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 10,555,650.
