Augean plc (the "Company") announces that the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,844,072 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in Augean plc at the date of this notice is 102,844,072.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Augean plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
