In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital comprises 6,980,300 ordinary shares of 20p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Westmount Energy Limited under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
