Following the recent announcement on 6 July 2015 in respect of the Fifth Compulsory Partial Redemption of Shares which took place on 20 July 2015, the Company confirms that the current Total Voting Rights are 75,959,574.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
