Peel Hotels PLC31 October 2007 ('Peel Hotels' or the 'Company') Total Voting Rights Peel Hotels announces that, for the purposes of the Financial ServicesAuthority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinaryshares of 1 pence each in Peel Hotels in issue as at the date of this notice is13,912,123 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 13,912,123. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Peel Hotels, under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
