Peel Hotels PLC31 August 2007 Peel Hotels ('Peel Hotels' or the 'Company') Total Voting Rights Peel Hotels announces that, for the purposes of the transitional provisions ofthe Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the totalnumber of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Peel Hotels in issue as at thedate of this notice is 12,873,123 with each share carrying the right to onevote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 12,873,123. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, Peel Hotels, under theDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
