Total Voting Rights

As at 28 February 2018, Stobart Group's issued ordinary share capital comprises 354,328,831 ordinary shares of 10 pence each, of which 5,585,425 shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Stobart Group is 348,743,406.

The above figure of 348,743,406 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Stobart Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
