VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules and further to the announcement made on 24 October 2012, we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 664,959,175 Ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 664,959,175.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
