Total Voting Rights

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 117,506,851 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.

The figure of 117,506,851 Ordinary Shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules. 

Issue of shares on 3 September 2021

As announced on 27 August 2021, the Company has issued 350,000 Ordinary Shares with application made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") on or around 3 September 2021. Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 117,856,851 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company has no shares held in Treasury. This figure of 117,856,851 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the Rules on or after 3 September 2021.
