Western Selection P.L.C. ("the Company") 30th April 2008

In accordance with FSA's Disclosure & Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capital now comprises 17,956,419 ordinary shares of 40p each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identical.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Western Selection P.L.C. under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
