VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to notify the market of the following:
Octopus IHT AIM VCT plc's capital as at 31 October 2008 consists of 7,299,461 'A' Ordinary shares and 17,680,650 'B' Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with voting rights. Octopus IHT AIM VCT plc holds 15,250 'A' Ordinary shares and 100,000 'B' Ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Octopus IHT AIM VCT plc is 24,864,861 (the 'Figure').
The Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Octopus IHT AIM VCT plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
