Total Voting Rights
At the date of this announcement, Escher Group Holdings plc (AIM: ESCH, "Escher" or the "Group") has 18,804,004 Ordinary Shares in issue of €0.005 each, each with one vote. The Group holds no shares in the treasury.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Group is 18,804,004. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Group.
