Total Voting Rights and Notice of Interest

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Swallowfield plc's issued share capital consists of 11,306,416 ordinary shares with voting rights as at 26 October 2009.  There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury.

The above figure (11,306,416) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 

The Company further announces that it received notification on 27 October 2009 that Mr Tony and Mrs Linda Wardell have a beneficial interest in 917,511 shares in the Company, representing approximately 8.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
