31 December 2009 Communisis plc ("Communisis" or the "Company") TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1R, Communisis advises the market of the following:

That, as at 31 December 2009, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 138,602,981 ordinary shares each with voting rights, and as at 31 December 2009 no shares are held in treasury by the Company.

The total number of voting rights in Communisis plc is therefore 138,602,981 (the "Voting Rights Figure").

The Voting Rights Figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
