Total Voting Rights 

As at 31 March 2009 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 338,594,595 ordinary shares of 1p each. Monitise holds no ordinary shares in Treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Monitise plc is 338,594,595. 

The above figure (338,594,595) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Monitise plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
