The Company notifies the market that as at 1 April 2015, the ordinary issued share capital of the Company consisted of 526,147,950 ordinary shares.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 526,147,950.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator to determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
